Heol Pentre Bach

Following Barratt Homes acquiring the site from Elan Homes, we intend to submit a fresh full planning application on land adjacent to Heol Pentre Bach, Gorseinon, Swansea. Planning permission was previously granted at the site in September 2016 and our scheme is very similar to the previous scheme with the main changes relating to the introduction of our house types and a new drainage solution. As before the scheme consists of 41 new homes, including a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom dwellings.

The pre application consultation period has now closed and the application will shortly be submitted to Swansea Council. Any form submissions now completed following the close of the consultation period on Friday 31st March will not be considered.
