Barratt & David Wilson Homes (South Wales) Ltd is intending to submit an outline planning application for an exciting new scheme at Bayfields, Chepstow and we would welcome your views on the Proposed Development. The Proposed Development comprises an outline planning application (with all matters reserved) for residential development of up to 200 homes with associated access, landscaping and engineering works.

This webpage seeks to provide all public, specialist and statutory consultees with the opportunity to view and comment upon the draft proposals, in advance of a formal submission to Monmouthshire County Council.
