Phase 2, Land North of B4265

 

We recently secured full planning permission for 65 homes at Boverton, and we intend to submit a full planning application for the second phase of this development comprising 24 homes. The Site is allocated for residential use within the adopted Vale of Glamorgan Local Development Plan and seeks to deliver a high quality scheme comprising 1, 2 and 3 bed homes.
